Exciting news! The Parrtjima 2022 program has been revealed! With music, art, film, talks and more on offer, we invite you to come and find your place in the story, in the stunning heart of Australia.

Music

Catch some of Australia’s hottest acts for free, including ARIA Award-winning Dan Sultan, and King Stingray, Triple J’s 2021 Unearthed Artist of the Year.

They will be joined by others including rising Aussie rapper BARKAA and West Arnhem Land’s Black Rock Band.

 

Talks

Join intimate conversations between Parrtjima Curator Rhoda Roberts and a range of fascinating individuals, including Steven Oliver of Black Comedy fame,

NRL star Josh Addo-Carr, and Parrtjima artists Carmen Glynn-Braun and Raelene Ngala Williams.

 

Film

This year’s film program features a fascinating retrospective on the work of award-winning filmmaker Warwick Thornton.

Nothing is taboo for one of the country’s most influential Aboriginal storytellers, whose varied work spans two decades.
