Register for Parrtjima 2025 now and you’ll be the first to know about next year’s exciting, jam-packed program.
Join us for 10 nights from 4-13 April under the Red Centre’s starry desert skies for a program filled with light, music, talks and workshops.
For the first time, Parrtjima will feature a special performance by the Darwin Symphony Orchestra during the closing weekend on 12 April. This open-air performance will awe festivalgoers with a dazzling 90-minute music and light spectacle.
Live music performances will take place each night across the festival adding to the stunning installations.
Parrtjima favourites, the MacDonnell Ranges Light Show and Grounded, return in 2025. The Grounded installation will showcase animated artworks by both established and emerging Central Australian artists.
These will be coupled with several new installations designed to represent the theme of Timelessness. This year Parrtjima earned its place in the spotlight with a series of prestigious awards that recognise its unparalleled excellence both nationally and internationally. The event received two Australian Event Awards and four Global Eventex Awards, solidifying Parrtjima as a leading tourism and cultural event.
