The Art of Native Spice

A group of people at a gathering serving themselves from a table filled with various foods, including a cheese platter and snacks.

Friday 10 April & Sunday 16 April, 8.00pm

Step into the world of Indigenous flavours with Rayleen Brown, founder of Kungkas Can Cook, in this intimate, hands-on workshop exploring native botanicals and bush spices. Designed for a small group of up to 20 participants, the session invites guests to grind, balance and bottle their own custom spice blend, guided by Rayleen’s knowledge and storytelling.

The 30-minute workshop concludes with a tasting of simple, inspired ways to use native spices at home. Guests will leave with their own spice jar, along with printed bush food information and interpretive notes.
