A screen-printing workshop with Nina Fitzgerald

From Story to Screen

Screen printing setup with a stencil on a frame, ink tubs in the background, and a paint bucket on the right.

Saturday 11 April at 6.30pm and 7.45pm, and Sunday 12 April at 6.30pm

Screen Printing with Nina Fitzgerald invites participants into the world of textile-making through a hands-on screen-printing experience. Working with a design created by a local Indigenous artist or art centre, participants are guided through the fundamentals of the process before printing their own Parrtjima t-shirt.

Each 45-minute session blends cultural storytelling, design and making in a relaxed, supportive setting. Participants leave with a wearable artwork of their own, and a deeper connection to the creative voices shaping Parrtjima.
