Friday 10 April & Sunday 16 April, 7.00pm

Join Rayleen Brown, founder of Kungkas Can Cook, for a live cooking demonstration exploring the flavours and stories of Central Australian bush foods. A pioneer of the native food movement and a respected MasterChef Australia guest judge, Rayleen brings together culture, knowledge and practical cooking to show how native spices can be used confidently in everyday dishes.

This relaxed, 40-minute session blends cultural context with hands-on demonstration, as Rayleen prepares kangaroo with bush spices, sharing tips, stories and techniques along the way. Guests are invited to taste the finished dishes and can take printed recipes and interpretive notes home with them.
