Thursday 16 April, 7.30pm & Saturday 18 April, 6.30pm

Soft Sculpture with Yarrenyty Arltere Artists is a hands-on, creative workshop inviting participants to explore soft sculpture alongside artists known for their joyful, upcycled practice. Working with simple, everyday materials, participants are guided to stitch, embellish and bring to life their own soft creature, while learning about the stories, skills and cultural knowledge embedded in the artists’ work.

This relaxed session offers the opportunity to sit with and learn from Yarrenyty Arltere Artists, gaining insight into how soft sculpture became central to their practice. Each participant receives a make-your-own kit and explores colour, texture and stitch techniques before leaving with a unique soft sculpture of their own.
