DOBBY is a powerhouse musician whose electrifying live performances leave audiences spellbound. A proud Filipino and Murrawarri artist his roots run deep in the Aboriginal lands from Brewarrina and Weilmoringle in New South Wales. He is a rapper, drummer, composer, and producer, blending his cultural roots with a dynamic and powerful sound.

His music has taken him across the globe, from Germany to the UK, the USA to the Netherlands, and to some of Australia’s biggest festivals, including Bluesfest, Boomerang Festival, Port Fairy Folk Festival, PARRTJIMA, OzAsia Festival, and the Sydney Opera House New Year’s Eve Fireworks.

DOBBY composed the soundscapes for PARRTJIMA 2021 & 2022 in Alice Springs and was the driving force behind Elevate Sydney’s 500-strong drone show in 2022 & 2023. His song I CAN’T BREATHE won Best Video at the FBi SMAC Awards (2020) and became an anthem for Australia’s Bla(c)k Lives Matter movement, now used in schools to educate students on social justice issues.
